Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us operate, under appropriate safeguards: Lodgify (booking management), Stripe (payments), and our website host Hostinger. We do not sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK/EU; where they do, appropriate transfer safeguards apply.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax requirements (generally up to 6 years for financial records), then delete or anonymise it. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
